Egg Pasta
Pasta can be prepared in numerous ways. Specially children loves to savor pasta. This pasta is a non spicy pasta and children will love to savor this. This pasta recipe can also be prepared and packed in for tiffin. It is very simple to prepare and can be prepared in very less time. It is one of my favorite pasta recipe. Here I am sharing my recipe of Egg Pasta.
Time for Preparation : 10 minutes
Time for Cooking : 10 minutes
Serves 2 people
Ingredients for Egg Pasta
500 grams of Pasta
2 Onions
2 Eggs
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
5 Tbsp Oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
How to make Egg Pasta
Take the water in a wok or a deep bottom pan.
Bring the water to boil.
Now add the pasta.
Let the pasta boil till it becomes soft. Make sure it should be cooked accurately (neither too soft nor too hard).
Now strain the water from the pasta and leave the boiled pasta under a running fan to let it cool.
Now heat a tbsp of oil in a pan.
Break the eggs and add it to the oil and add a pinch of salt.
When the egg is cooked, scramble it and cook till it turns into golden in color.
Now remove the egg from the oil and keep it aside.
Now add 4 tbsp of oil and add the sliced onions and sauté till it becomes transparent.
Now add the boiled pasta.
Saute everything together for few minutes.
Now add the scrambled eggs, soy sauce and salt and sauté for 7 to 10 minutes.
Yummy Egg Pasta is now ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with your favorite sauce.
