How to make Aloo Bhindi Bhujia
Peel the potatoes and cut them into the shape of cubes. Wash them and dry the potatoes.
Wash the ladies finger and then cut them into small pieces.
Now slice the onions and keep the dried red chilies ready as we are going to start cooking now.
Pour the mustard oil in a kadhai and heat it. Mustard oil just makes this bhujia very yummy and I love its flavor.
After the mustard oil is heated add the sliced onions and dried red chilies now and sauté for a minute.
