Ingredients required for making Tomato Coriander Chutney3 Tomatoes
Small bunch of Coriander Leaves
6 cloves of Garlic
3 Green Chilies
Salt to taste
Instructions
See here how to prepare Tomato Coriander ChutneyTake the coriander leaves, remove the root and wash them properly. Peel the garlic and wash the green chilies and keep it ready.
Take the tomatoes and insert a fork into it and burn them on fire. The fork is inserted so that we do not burn our hands and the tomatoes are burnt properly. After burning the tomatoes remove the fork from it and place it in a bowl.
Now add some water to the burnt tomatoes and peel out the burnt skin of the tomatoes with hands. The skin will come out very easily as we have already burnt the tomatoes. Throw away the water and lightly squeeze the tomatoes.
Now take the blending bowl and add the peeled tomatoes into the bowl.
Add the washed coriander leaves to the blender bowl.
Now add the peeled garlic to the blender bowl along with all the other ingredients.
Add the green chilies. I have added 3 green chilies as the chilies that I am using are very hot.
Now add the salt as per your taste to this recipe. Blend everything together in a blender to a thick paste. Please do not add any water to this recipe.
Mouth watering Tomato Coriander Chutney is now ready.
