Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is a yummy combination of chicken, noodle and soup.
In this recipe I have combined my three most favourite things, chicken, noodle and soup. This delectable recipe is prepared with limited amount of oil and in a very simple way. I generally prepare this recipe with very few ingredients, yet it turns out to be a delightful meal for us. My family loves this recipe and I am sure your family too will love it. This soup is so simple that anybody can prepare this and relish it with their favourite sauce at home. Children can enjoy this with tomato ketchup also. Ingredients required for making Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
1 kg noodles
250 grams of chicken
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 inch ginger
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Sufficient amount of water

First we will peel the ginger and wash it, keep it aside. Ginger gives a good flavor and taste to the soup. I personally like it a lot.
Now boil sufficient amount of water in a deep vessel to boil the noodles. Add a tbsp of oil in the water.
Meanwhile take the chicken and cut it into small pieces, wash it properly.
Mix the 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp corn flour to the washed chicken and mix everything properly and keep it aside.
Now when the oil added water boils, add the noodles in the water and cook for 5 minutes or till the noodles are completely soaked in the water.
Drain away the water from the noodles and pour a cup of cold water so that the noodles stay stiff and not mushy.
Let us start making soup now, so take a deep vessel and add the 2 tbsp oil.
Heat the oil then add the peeled ginger and sauté for 2 minutes. I love the aroma that comes out at this moment of the fried ginger.
Now add the marinated chicken pieces and sauté it along with the ginger in the oil for 5 minutes.
Add the water as much as you require for the soup. Do keep in mind that we are going to add the noodles too in this soup so do not exceed the water level from half of the vessel.
Stir everything and cover the soup to bring it to boil.
Once the soup boils add the boiled noodles slowly. Be careful by doing this as you might burn your hands.
Now add the salt as much as required, stir and cook for 5 more minutes.
Our delectable Chicken Noodle Soup is now ready to serve.
Enjoy it hot with chili sauce and soya sauce.

Tips :
You can also garnish it with chopped spring onion green or coriander leaves.
Salt can be added at the time when the soup is about to boil instead of adding it with the noodles.
Prepare this recipe just before eating.
