RAVA DOSA / INSTANT RAVA DOSA/ SUJI DOSA / RAWA DOSA
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rava (sooji)
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup maida (wheat flour)
1 small sized chopped onion

Few curry leaves
salt and green chili to taste

METHOD
METHOD
Mix together rava, rice flour, Maida and salt. Add coriander leaves.
In oil or ghee, add mustard seeds and roast till it starts crackling, add curry leaves. Transfer this in batter.
Add water, make sure it's runny batter. keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Mix the batter well. Heat pan. Add 1 tsp chopped onion, pour batter ladle by ladle without rotating in circular motion.
Cook on high flame roll it and serve with peanut chutney, coconut chutney or sambhar.
Can be packed in kids school lunch box also.

2. Add water, salt. In a pan, melt ghee or oil, add mustard seeds let it splutter, add curry leaves. Turn off the flame and pour it in batter. Keep batter aside for 15 minutes.
3. Mix batter, it should be like this flowing consistency

4. Heat pan or tawa, add chopped onions and green chili if using.
5. Pour batter ladle by ladle filling gaps if any, don't rotate batter like we do in making other dosa's. You can use hands also to spread batter.
6. Drizzle oil over it. Let it cook.
7. Flip and cook from the other side too.
8. Serve with peanut chutney or coconut chutney.
