Chicken Mushroom And Vegetable Stir Fry

I love mushrooms and I have prepared them in various ways but this simple recipe has won my heart, and I must say in this recipe as we have not added any kind of spices I got the real taste of the mushroom. This delicious mushroom and vegetable preparation is very healthy too and children will simply enjoy relishing this dish. Time for Cooking : 20 minutes 
Serves 4 People

Ingredients for Mushroom And Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry

500 grams Chicken
½ cup Mushroom
2 Carrots
6 Baby Corns
100 grams French Beans
2 Onions
Salt to taste
Pinch of Sugar
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Oil
2 cups of Water

How to make Mushroom And Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry

Cut the chicken pieces into desired sizes and wash it properly.



Add the corn flour, soy sauce and pinch of sugar to the washed chicken pieces.



Mix the chicken properly with the corn flour, soy sauce and sugar and keep it aside.



Now take the onions, peel them, wash them and cut them like cubes. Peel the carrots and cut them into long slices. Cut the baby corns too into long slices and same with the French beans.



Now we need to prepare the mushroom, I have used the dried mushroom, so I have soaked it in the water for near about 30 minutes and then I have cut them into small pieces. If you are using some other types of mushroom that can be easily cooked, you can just cut them and add them to the recipe.



We are now going to start cooking this mouth watering dish so just boil 2 cups of water.



When the water boils add the carrots, french beans and the mushroom and boil them for 2 minutes. You can also boil the baby corn too.



After boiling the vegetables and the mushroom remove it from the boiling water and transfer them to a separate bowl and keep them aside.



Heat the 2 tbsp oil in the wok or kadhai. I have used 2 tbsp of oil you can increase or reduce the quantity of oil according to your requirement.



Now stir fry the onions for a minute.



Add the marinated chicken to the kadhai now and stir it along with the onions.



Stir fry the onions and the chicken for near about 7 minutes or till the chicken is slightly cooked.



Add the boiled carrots, french beans and mushroom to the chicken.



Now add salt to this recipe. If you like the flavor of soy sauce then you can also add little soy sauce. If you are adding soy sauce then be careful with adding salt.



Add the baby corn now. I have added the baby corn at the end because the same generally gets cooked fast. Now stir fry the entire content of this recipe till everything is cooked well.
