Ingredients for Sem Aloo Ki Sabzi
4 Potatoes (Aloo)
500 grams Sem (Flat Beans)
1 Onion
1 Tomato
2 Dried Red Chilies
2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
Salt to taste
How to make Sem Aloo Ki Sabzi
To make this yummy vegetarian dish take the flat beans (sem) and cut them from between into two halves and also peel the potatoes and cut them into long slices.
Take the tomatoes and cut them into pieces and keep them aside.
Now take the onions and slice them and keep it with the dried red chilies.
Heat the mustard oil in a deep kadhai.
Add the sliced onions and the dried red chilies and sauté them in the mustard oil.
Stir fry the onions for near about a minute and then add the potatoes.
Fry the potatoes till it becomes slightly brown in color.
Now add the Sem, the flat beans as many of you might be calling it.
Stir the sem and the aloo together in the kadhai, this is the time when a wonderful aroma of the sem will be spreading into your kitchen.
Add the tomato pieces now which we have already cut before.
Also add the salt as per your taste.
Saute and cook the vegetables till it is cooked properly. Check the potatoes as it takes time to get cooked.
Colorful Sem Aloo Ki Sabzi is now ready.
