Spicy Egg Fried Rice

I like eating spicy food so this is why this spicy dish is one of my favorite and I am happy to share the same here with you all as I know there are a lot of people who would love spicy food just like me. This simple rice recipe is the best way to make use of the left over rice. Many times we have left over rice at home and we do not know what to do with it, so now you can make this palatable dish with the left over rice at your home and I am sure you will enjoy every bite of it. Time for Cooking : 15 minutes
Serves 4 People

Ingredients for Spicy Egg Fried Rice

4 cups of Rice
2 Eggs
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
½ inch Ginger
6 cloves Garlic
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 Green Chilies
Salt to taste
4 Tbsp Oil

How to make Spicy Egg Fried Rice

First take the two eggs, break them and beat them. Keep it aside.



Now take the ginger and garlic, peel them and chop them and keep them separately.



Slice the onions and the tomatoes and keep them aside along with the green chilies.



Cook the rice before preparing this recipe and dry the rice completely. You can also utilize the left over rice.



Here we start cooking so heat the oil in a big wok. I have added 4 tbsp oil but you can increase or reduce the quantity of the oil.



Now add the sliced onions to the hot oil and fry till it becomes brown in color.



Add the eggs now to the fried onions.



Just add a pinch of salt to the eggs in the wok and start sauting it and fry it for five minutes.



Now add the tomatoes and the green chilies. If you want to make this rice more spicy then you can chop the green chilies and add them.



Saute the tomatoes, green chilies and eggs together till the tomatoes get dissolve completely.



Add the rice now to the wok.



Now add the soy sauce to the rice. I simply love the flavor of soy sauce.



Saute the rice and mix it well with the soy sauce, egg, tomatoes and onions. The rice will also look very colorful.



Now add the chopped garlic and ginger, the turmeric powder and coriander powder.



Add salt, be careful while adding salt as we have added soy sauce before to the rice.



Now saute the rice with all the spices for near about 5 to 7 minutes.



Very palatable Spicy Egg Fried Rice is now ready.
