Tomato Mushroom Recipe
Tomato Mushroom is a toothsome mushroom recipe.
Today when I went to market to get my groceries, I found these mushrooms there. I have never cooked this mushroom before so I thought of preparing the same. I bought it and I wanted to prepare it in a simple way without any spices. I have just sauted the mushroom in the oil with the tomatoes, onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic. I must say that my first attempt of preparing this mushroom was amazing as the recipe turned out very delicious. See below my quick and easy Tomato Mushroom Recipe.Cook Time

Ingredients
Ingredients required for making Tomato Mushroom Recipe250 grams Mushroom
2 Big Tomatoes
2 Onions
1 inch Ginger
10 Garlic cloves
4 Green Chilies
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
Few Coriander Leaves for garnishing

Now we will slice the mushroom in thin long slices and then wash them properly.
Take the onions and slice them, also chop the ginger and garlic. You can cut the green chilies according to your wish.
Now take the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
It is time for cooking so heat 2 tbsp mustard oil in a kadhai. You can also use your favourite edible oil.
Now add the chopped ginger, garlic and the sliced onions into the hot oil.
Stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic in the hot oil for two minutes.
Now add the sliced mushroom to the sauted onion, ginger and garlic.
Stir everything together, this mushroom will start leaving water when we start sauting them.
Now add the green chilies, I have added the whole green chilies.
Add the tomatoes to the mushroom.
Now add the salt according to your taste.
Stir and mix everything well and cook till the water dries up completely and the mushroom gets cooked properly.
Once the water dries up keep sauting the mushroom till it starts leaving oil.
Our toothsome Tomato Mushroom is now ready to enjoy. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
