Potato Fry

Potato is one of my favorite vegetable and frying them and savoring it gives a boost to our taste buds. These fries will not be crispy but very soft and delicious. This wonderful recipe can be savored with rice, roti or with puris too, I sometimes just enjoy it as it is. Very simple to make and everybody will love it. Here I am sharing my easy recipe of simple Potato Fry. 



Time for Preparation : 15 minutes
Time for Cooking : 20 minutes
Serves 4 People

Ingredients for Potato Fry

1 kg Potatoes
2 Onions 
2 Dried Red Chilies
Salt to taste
½ cup Mustard Oil

How to make Potato Fry

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin long slices.



Slice the onions and keep them aside.



Heat oil in a deep frying pan or a wok.



Add the sliced onions and dried red chilies into the hot oil.



Add the thin long potato slices now.



Stir and add the salt to taste.



Stir fry and cook till the potatoes gets cooked. 



Delicious Potato Fries are now ready to serve.
