Dahi Egg Curry

Dahi is the Hindi word of Yogurt. It is the sour curd or generally used curd. I have tried combining the egg and the yogurt together and this curry is a tasty result of it. This recipe is prepared with very less ingredients. I have added a pinch of sugar to this recipe because it removes the sour taste of the yogurt. If you like to eat it spicy you can add red chili powder to this recipe along with the ginger paste. Here I am sharing my delicious recipe of Dahi Egg Curry

Now fry the boiled eggs for 5 minutes.

Once the eggs are fried remove it from the oil and keep it separately.

Now add the garam masala and the dried red chilies into the oil.

Cook it for 5 more minutes.
